Weihnachtskarten... Christmas cards

So, hier kommen drei weitere Karten, die gestern und heute Morgen entstanden sind. Hach, so langsam könnte man fast Weihnachtsstimmung bekommen. Vor allem bei der Kälte draußen und nachdem gestern schon die ersten Schneeflocken gefallen sind...

Soo, here are three more cards that I created yesterday and this morning. I almost slowly get in a Christmas mood. Outside it is pretty cold and I saw the first snow flakes yesterday. I guess Christmas comes quicker than I think...

Karte 3: Kreativ mit Karten Herbst 2009

Weihnachtskarte... Christmas card...

Jaaa, ich weiß, es sind noch über zwei Monate, aber man muss ja früh genug anfangen, sonst wird man damit ja nie fertig *g* Also hab ich heute meine erste Weihnachtskarte gebastelt. Ich hoffe sie gefällt euch.

Yes, I know, there are more than two months until Christmas, but I think I better start earlier before I never get finished ;) So I made my first Christmas card today. Hope you like it

Idee: Kreativ mit Karten Herbst 2009

Chania 1

Auf dem Bild seht ihr typische Sträßchen in Chania. Chania ist eine der größeren Städte auf Kreta. Hier war auch der Flughafen, zu dem wir geflogen sind. In den Gässchen konnte man immer wunderbar bummeln gehen und einige schöne Dinge kaufen... Teil 2 kommt dann demnächst :)

On the photo you can see typical streets in Chania. Chania is one of ther larger cities on Crete. It is the one we flew to. In the narrow streets were small shops where you could get some nice things... part two of Chania comes soon :)

Kreta Teil 3.... Crete part 3

Und hier kommt Teil 3. Frangokastello - ein venezianisches Kastell- haben wir auf dem Rückweg aus Chora Sfakion besichtigt. Ich habe es mir allerdings irgendwie toller vorgestellt, weswegen es dort auch nur sehr wenige Bilder gibt. Von außen konnte man es gar nicht fotografieren, weil dort ein riesengroßer Parkplatz mit Bussen und Autos war. Hat mir irgendwie nicht gefallen.

Wir haben ja gestern die Wohnung angesehen, sie war genauso toll, wie erhofft. Jetzt haben wir denen einen Bewerbungsbogen geschickt und jetzt müsen wir nur noch Daumen drücken, dass die Vermieterin uns auswählt... Ihr könnt ja mal mitdrücken :)


And here is part three. We have visited Frangokastello - a Venetian fort - on our way back from Chora Sfakion. I thought it would be nicer. That was also the reason why I didn't take many pictures there. From the outside you couldn't take photos as there was a large parking place with busses and cars. I didn't like it.

Yesterday we visited another flat, as I said. It was as great as I had expected. So we send them a form to apply for the flat. Now we only need to wait if they give it to us or to somebody else. Would be great if you help us crossing our fingers :)

Kreta Teil 2... Crete part 2

Jetzt will ich euch endlich mal wieder ein paar Kreta Bilder zeigen. Es sind eigentlich schon ein paar Seiten fertig, die muss nur noch jemand fotografieren. Mich hat nur irgendwie die Software hier geärgert, so dass das Bild immer verkehrt rum war. Naja, jetzt scheint es funktionieren. Also diese Seite zeigt Chora Sfakion. Das ist ein Ort im Süden der Insel, direkt am Meer. Ich fand es echt schön dort und wir haben dort auch ganz lecker Mittag gegessen.

Ansonsten schauen wir heute endlich mal wieder eine Wohnung an, die uns hoffentlich beiden gefallen wird.


Now I want to show you some photos of Crete again. Actually there are some pages with photos ready, but I need to take photos. The Software of the Blog didn't like me the last days. It was always turning the photos 90 degree. Don't ask me why. But it seems to work now. Well you can see Chora Sfakion, which is a village in the South of Crete. It looks really nice with the white houses and the location at the sea. I really liked staying there and we had a tasty lunch there.

Besides that we're going to see another flat today which hopefully is nice :)

FB's

So, ich hab mich jetzt da auch mal dran gewagt und ein paar nice & neat FB's für das Forum gebastelt, in dem ich seit einiger Zeit bin. Es hat mir richtig Spass gemacht. Das Thema war die Farbe lila.

Sooo, here I am again. Yesterday I created some nice & neat FB's for the board I am in for a while now. I have never done this before and I really liked it. The topic was the colour purple. I hope you like them :)

Kreta Teil 1... Crete part 1

Sooo, hier folgt nun Seite 1. Auf den Bildern sieht man unsere erste Ferienwohnung mit dem Garten außenrum. Es gab da echt viele schöne mediterrane Pflanzen. Und auf der linken Seite ist der Strand, zu dem man bequem von unserem Haus aus laufen konnte. Allerdings waren wir dort nie schwimmen, weil es zu felsig war.

Sooo, here is Crete part one. On the pictures you can see our first holiday house with the garden around. There were really many mediterranean plants. i liked it a lot. On the left side you can see the beach you could reach by foot from our house. We never went swimming there as there were rocks everywhere in the water.

Scrapbooking

Sooo, nachdem ich ja jetzt in Kreta war, wollte ich ein Album machen, damit die Erinnerungen auch schön aufgehoben sind. Heute hab ich schon mal mit dem Album an sich angefangen. Und das ist das Ergebnis davon. Mir gefällt es echt gut :)

Well, as you know, I've been to Crete. And as I needed something for my photos, I decided to create a photobook. Today I made the front. I really like it a lot :)

Diese hier ist in den letzten Tagen entstanden für eine liebe Freundin, die auch die Stifterin der schönen Schablone ist... Danke nochmal dafür.

Und die letzte kam vor ein paar Tagen aus Finnland. Ich habe ihr vor ein paar Monaten eine selbstgebastelte Karte geschickt (Postcrossing) und das ist die Dankeskarte, die sie mir geschickt hat :)

And the final one came from Finnland some days ago. I sent her a handmade card via postcrossing and this is the "Thank you" card she sent to me.

für mein Papa... for my Dad

Nachdem mein Papa am Samstag Geburtstag hat und ich noch eine Karte gebraucht habe, hab ich gerade mal eine gebastelt. Ich hoffe, sie gefällt euch...

Herbstdeko.... autumn decoration

Sooo, jetzt hab ich mal die erste Deko für mein Fenster gebastelt, damit hier auch mal ein bisschen der Herbst einzieht. Diese zwei Pilze werden nun mein Fenster schmücken :) Ich hoffe sie gefallen euch :)

Als ich aus dem Urlaub zurückgekommen bin, hab ich gesehen, dass mein einer Kaktus Blüten bekommt. Da hab ich mich natürlich riesig gefreut. Ist der erste von meinen kleinen Kakteen, der blüt...

When I came back from my holiday in Crete, I saw that one of my cactusses gets blossoms. I was really happy about that as it is the first blossom I ever have on one of my small cactusses :)

Ich hab das nie gewusst, aber vorhin bin ich da drauf gestoßen, dass man das mit den Kommentaren auch einstellen kann. Ich hab das jetzt so geändert, dass jeder Kommentare schreiben kann. Falls es nicht funktioniert, einfach in der Shoutbox Bescheid geben. Ich würde mich über Kommentare freuen :)

ich bin wieder da :)..... I am back

Soooo, ihr Lieben, da bin ich wieder. Der Urlaub war genial, so viel kann ich schon mal sagen. Mehr dazu demnächst, wenn ich dann auch meine Bilder sortiert habe.
Aber erstmal mächte ich euch mein allererstes Briefpapier zeigen, das ich heute gemacht habe. Ich hab ein bisschen gestempelt und geprägt und das ist das Ergebnis. Und natürlich gibts auch einen passenden Umschlag dazu... Ich hoffe es gefällt euch.

Soooo, now I am back. As far as I can say, my trip to Crete was great, but I am going to tell you more in some days when I can show you some pictures, too.

But today I want to show you the first paper I created for a friend. I used some stamps and did some Embossing and this is the result of it. And of course there is a envelope with it. I Hope you like it.

Urlaub... holiday

Hallo ihr Lieben,

morgen früh um 7 geht es los nach Kreta für drei Wochen. Ich werde meine Briefe mitnehmen.Nachdem ich allerdings nicht weiß, ob ich dort eine Post finden werde, bzw. ob ich dieser dann auch noch vertraue,kann es eventuell auch passieren, dass ich die Briefe wieder mit nach Hause nehme und sie dann von dort losschicke. Das wird sich noch zeigen. Ich hab euch alle lieb.

tomorrow morning at 7 we leave to Crete. I am going to take the letters I havent managed to answer before, with me. But I don't know if I am going to find a post office and if I trust it, so it can be that I just take the letters back home and send them when I am back. You will see :)

Karte und Baby..... card and baby...

sooo, nachdem mein Bruderherz heute Geburtstag hat, hab ich ihm mal eine Karte gebastelt... Ich komme in letzter Zeit viel zu selten dazu irgendwas zu basteln, leider :(

It's my brothers birthday today and so I decided to create him a birthday card. Unfortunately I haven't much time for creating things :(


Aber ich hab trotz allem noch diesen kleinen Storch gebastelt zur Geburt meiner kleinen Nichte. Ihre Schwester hat auch schon so was bekommen und der steht jetzt bei ihr im Regal, deswegen hab ich Miriam jetzt auch einen gemacht :)

But I found the time to make this little stork for the birth of my little niece. Her sister also has gotten something like that and it is in her shelf and she really likes it. So I decided to make something for Miriam, too :)

Tante..... aunt...

Gestern Mittag bin ich nun zum zweiten mal Tante geworden. Ihr Name ist Miriam, sie ist 52 cm groß und wiegt über 3000g.... Und sie ist total süß :) Ich wünsch euch auch ein schönes Wochenende :)

Yesterday noon my sister-in-law gave birth to a little girl named Miriam - 52 cm "tall" and a little over 3000g... And she is sooooo cute :) No I am an aunt for the second time :) Hope you have a great weekend, too :)

Ordner.... folder

Nachdem ich im Moment ein bisschen Ordnung in meine Briefe bringe, mussten ein paar neue Ordner her... Joa und aus alt mach neu... Das is das Endergebnis....

mein kleines neues Maschinchen.... my little new machine

Ist sie nicht schön - meine neue Schneidemaschine????? Nein, schön eigentlich nicht, aber das perfekte Spielzeug für so Menschen wie mich :) Man drückt einfach auf die verschiedenen Knöpfchens.....

Isn't she beautiful - my neu cutting machine??????? Well, no, I have to admit, she isn't beautiful, but she's the PERFECT toy for a person like me :) You just press one of the different buttons.....

...legt Papier ein und nach einigen Geräuschen spuckt das Gerätchen dann wundervolle Formen aus. Im Moment noch Buchstaben, bzw. Worte und ein paar einfache Grundformen wie Blumen, Kreise.... Aber man kann sich da noch einiges dazukaufen... Hachja, ich hab mich verliebt *g* Hab ich mir selbst zum Abschluss der Diplomarbeit geschenkt *g*

... put paper in it and few strange sounds later the machine spits out wonderful forms. At the moment she just can cut letters and words and some simple forms like flowers and circles... But there are many additional programs you can buy... Well, I have fallen in love :) I wanted to have it for a long time and so I gave it myself as a present after finishing the diploma thesis :)

Ich hoffe, ihr habt auch so schönes Wetter, wie wir hier :) / hope the weather at your place is as great as here :)

ich bin wieder da :)..... I am back

So, da bin ich auch mal wieder. Hab mich jetzt ja länger nicht gemeldet, aber ich war ja auch ein paar Tage in Prag und ich war auch in letzter Zeit nicht sooooo kreativ. Prag war richtig richtig schön und ich hab mich da ja mit einer Brieffreundin getroffen, was auch total schön war. Ich hab die Zeit richtig genossen. Ich zeig euch gleich mal ein Bild von uns :)

Sooo, here I am again. It's been a while that I have written something, but I was some days in Prague and I actually haven't been so creative those days. Prague was really a great trip. I have met a penfriend there which was really great. I enjoyed the time a lot. Here you can see a photo of the two of us :)
Aber trotz allem war ich auch ein bisschen kreativ und hab eine Karte zur Geburt der Tochter einer Freundin gemacht und eine für Flo zum Geburtstag. Ich denk mal, ihr könnt euch denken, welche für wen ist ;) Leider dreht die Homepage das eine Foto immer - keine Ahnung, wieso.

Well but I also have been creative. I made a card for the birth of the daughter of a good friend and I made a card for Flo for his birthday :) Guess you can imagine which one is for the baby and which one for Flo ;) Unfortunately the page is always turning the photo of one card - don't know why ;(
